Legacy Forever's Mobile Notary Division serves the fabulous people of the Greenbelt, MD and greater Prince George's County area.

Let us take the hassle out of finding a notary and we will come to you!

We are not attorneys licensed to practice law in the State of Maryland. We are not allowed to draft legal records, give advice on legal matters, including immigration, or charge a fee for those activities.

We offer flexible scheduling. This includes, but isn't limited to appointments after 6p, weekends and holidays. Please leave a detailed message that includes your preferred date, time and location for the appointment. Also leave your name, phone number and the type of document(s) that needs to be notarized. CONSULTATION/QUESTIONNAIRE 

In order to lessen any potential miscommunication, please download the notary questionnaire below. It  can also be emailed or texted to the client. Based on the information received a price quotation will be issued to the client. Once an agreement is reached, then an appointment will be made. If during the appointment, there are any differences to the agreed upon documents, then prices are subject to change.

FEES

The State of Maryland sets the fees for Notary Public services at $4.00 PER signature PER PAGE and the TRAVEL fee base at $5.00 plus a $.59 PER MILE., round trip.  

If for some reason the notarization cannot take place at the appointed time and place, the client is still responsible for the travel fee plus mileage expense.

PREPARATION

Please bring a valid (unexpired), government issued photo ID with you for notary services.
- Be sure to have all of the documents that need to be notarized with you.
- If  your documents require signature witnesses in addition to notarization. Request during consultation .

PAYMENT

 We accept Cash, Zelle, Cash App, and Paypal. Please use the company email address - mobilenotary@legacyforeverllc.com when using any of the non-cash options.

Monday - Friday: 6pm - 8:30pm

Saturday: 1pm - 6pm

Sunday: 1pm - 4pm
